Uploading a stunning pregnancy photo to Instagram, Helena said that this is her new reality now that she's expecting baby number two.
'No filters, just pregnancy. Before I had a baby I was so insecure about my body,' she wrote in the caption.
'I hated walking around in a bikini and would worry people would judge my appearance.
