A woman's life is forever changed the day she finds out she's pregnant.
And for Australian model Helena Vestergaard that was certainly true, particularly when it came to how she viewed her body.

Uploading a stunning pregnancy photo to Instagram, Helena said that this is her new reality now that she's expecting baby number two.
'No filters, just pregnancy. Before I had a baby I was so insecure about my body,' she wrote in the caption.
'I hated walking around in a bikini and would worry people would judge my appearance.
