First the S.I. Swimsuit edition ... and now surf pro Anastasia Ashley has shredded her way into Maxim for a super hot bikini photo shoot in the middle of the desert.
Ashley -- who's pre-surf twerking routine went viral a few years ago -- shot the whole thing back in July in the middle of Littlerock, CA (population 1,400).
